Had a very nice stay in September. the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, close to the mall and other restaurants in the area. - Situated in a nice quiet area. - the hotel was placed just 3 miles from tourist spots

Upon arrival at 6:00 pm on May 15, 2012 - the Sheraton Management told us that they did not have a room for us - regardless of our committed (and paid for) confirmation number. The Management claimed that they had a water problem and a wing of rooms were closed. At the same time another guest was checking in with no issues. The Sheraton Management told us that other hotels in the area were full and we were left on our own to find a place. They cancelled our reservation and "refunded" our payment to our credit card. What poor customer service. I don't believe that they had a water issue - they were oversold and took the preferred customers.
